**Fee amounts vary, based on the type of appraisal required for the intended use and intended user.   This includes the level of inspection of the subject property and the type of appraisal (Complete or Limited) and the type of report (Self Contained, Summary or Restricted).  Also, the location of the subject property, and therefore the required travel time to/from the property and data sources can effect the fee charged.
